Manchester TukTuk operates a Three wheel, white, Piaggio Ape as a Private Hire vehicle and advertises itself on www.manchestertuktuk.com (the ‘Site’)
We attend pre booked events only, with pre confirmed locations, routes and booking duration, with payment taken in advance.
We have no obligation to accept a booking request and we reserve the right to not quote or contract with visitors to the site or potential customers as we choose.
The prices advertised on the site are guideline only and we reserve the right to adjust the quoted amount for your event at our discretion.
As part of any booking arrangement we retain the rights to use some images from the event on our website and for our publicity material and we may reference your event in our testimonials or previous events listings.
Permission from the venue must be sought in advance for the TukTuk to be brought onto the grounds in advance of the booking by the customer.
We will not be liable for any fines or penalties from failure to check the access or parking at any of the locations on this form and we will pass any such costs on to you for full settlement. Should access not be possible to the locations as planned, we will not be found in breach of contract, an alternative will be sought where possible in order to continue as closely as possible with the requested booking schedule.
We require full payment In advance to ensure our attendance at the event
This is usually a 25% Deposit upon the confirmation of your booking in order to reserve your date
The remainder is usually due no later than 1 month before the event, unless otherwise agreed on our invoice to you
Should the balance not be paid on time, your date may be reopened at that time for other bookings.
For cancellations made by you more than 2 months before an event and after receipt of your deposit, we will offer a 90% refund of the quoted fees. This 10% will be taken out of your deposit with the remainder to be returned to you within 14 days
For cancellations made by you between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event, if you have paid only the deposit, this will be non refundable. If you have paid the balance in full we can refund only 50% of your total to your account.
Cancellations made by you more than 1 week before the event we will refund only 30%.
We can refund only 10% of the money if you cancel in the final week leading up to the event.
On the day the fees become fully non refundable.
